I’m so glad you’ve arrived.  My name is Chris Graham and I am the founder and a student of Commitment Academy.  This is my website, blog and eventual community platform where together we will learn to:

•  Make commitments

• Honor commitments

• Be held accountable

• Re-commit

Commitment Academy will become an interactive platform where people can help each other learn to take actions that will improve and empower their lives and the lives of others. Learning how to be comfortable with discomfort and turn discipline into desire and then dedication.  Learning how to honor commitments by being held accountable to others through support, kindness and vulnerability. Learning how to get back to our commitments when we inevitably fail and in the process becoming resilient and anti-fragile.
